Usually if the fat to be removed is more, then the cost increases. In case of neck liposuction, the fat is less as compared with other parts of the body; therefore the cost isn’t very steep. If any laser treatment or chemical abrasions are to be performed, these would be priced separately and this can’t be clubbed with the cost of neck liposuction.

Normally tumescent liposuction is used for removing fat from the neck. Liposuction is better than a neck lift since it leaves no scars, there is faster healing time and has a more natural appearance rather than getting a facelift. Newer techniques are more expensive. Laser liposuction and ultrasonic liposuction are newer techniques. They are priced more than a tumescent liposuction which is the norm for a neck liposuction. Prices are usually given by the surgeon at the onset. Normally all doctors or surgeons will give a package cost that would include all the fees before and during the operation and any post operative that may be required. It’s important to shop around for the prices but it’s not necessarily that the cheapest is the best.

The experience of the surgeon should be of prime importance along with the medical facility that would be used. Normally the cost would be within $2000-$4000 for the entire neck liposuction.
